Loss
Dr Jenna Brough
Perinatal Clinical Psychologist
For those who understand, no explanation is needed. For those who do not understand, no explanation is possible.

As a Clinical Psychologist I do not offer traditional bereavement counselling. Instead, I will listen to your experiences and emotions and ask question, together we will identify what would be most helpful for you. What we know about baby loss is that some people are traumatised, and others are suffering through an array of complex emotions including anger, guilt, and painful sadness.
Losing a child is indescribable, whether the 'invisible grief' of an early miscarriage, or the traumatic experience of termination, the impact is life-changing.
You may be feeling empty, lost, angry, painfully sad, grief-stricken, guilty, numb and any combination of these emotions.
