This essential CPD is for birth workers including doulas, midwives, hypnobirthing teachers, and antenatal educators.

This is an educational, exploratory, and restorative workshop where you will have the opportunity to develop a more consistent and aligned compass based on your values and ethics, reflect on your emotional relationship with your work, and develop strategies to manage the emotional toll of supporting people through difficult perinatal experiences.
