Dr Jenna Brough
Perinatal Clinical Psychologist

I provide specialist perinatal psychology training, NHS and professional consultation, and research advisory services. I work with healthcare services, academic institutions, and professional teams to support trauma-informed care, service development, and workforce wellbeing.

Drawing on extensive NHS experience, academic expertise, and specialist clinical practice, and a deep understanding of how systems, culture, and policy shape perinatal experiences, I help organisations embed psychologically safe, compassionate, and sustainable systems.

Training & Education for Professionals and Services

I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed training for professionals working in perinatal, maternity, neonatal, primary care, mental health, and related services. Training is designed to support safe, compassionate, and sustainable care, aligned with current best practice in perinatal mental health and trauma-informed working.

Training can be commissioned in one of three ways, depending on service need, scale, and budget:

  1. Online off-the-shelf courses – flexible and scalable, providing foundational knowledge

  2. Live commissioned delivery – interactive sessions with Q&A, tailored to your service

  3. Bespoke training – fully tailored to role, service, or team needs, including case-based learning and pathway-specific content

All formats balance clinical rigour with practical application, supporting both quality of care and staff wellbeing.
